About Erin

Erin grew up in Savannah and while she has always been drawn to big cities and far off culture, the Savannah area has an irresistible charm that has made it impossible to leave. Beautiful salt marshes, wetlands and coastal seascapes paired with rich southern charm are the stuff of dreams.

Erin decided to pursue a career in real estate in 2007 and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners in 2008. In 2011, She moved her license to Century 21 Fox Properties in Thunderbolt. Erin’s areas of expertise include Ardsley Park, the Historic Downtown area, anything Island, Pooler, Richmond Hill and Effingham County.

Erin is an award winning agent and is licensed in Georgia & South Carolina. Erin holds several designations including CNAS (Cartus Network Affinity Specialist) & LMC (Loss Mitigation Certification). She can help you list and sell residential properties, including new construction, relocation, vacation, foreclosures, short sales and anything in between.

Erin currently resides near the Intercoastal Waterway in Thunderbolt with her husband and spends her free time painting, cooking and kayaking. Erin dreams of moving to California a little later in life to study Viticulture & Oenology, and plans to build her own winery…..someday.
