Cheers to Chelsea!

Chelsea is an ER nurse. She is also a trooper. Chelsea had to endure the government furlough, but was able to close on her very first home! Chelsea, thanks for your patience! I’m so happy for you! I love seeing young people’s hard work pay off!

Charter School Location Announced.

The West Chatham Charter school site has been chosen over much deliberation. JC Wardlaw donated the land that the school is being built on. It is located on Benton Boulevard just between Jimmy Deloach and the Highlands. As far as I know, students will be selected through a lottery. In the meantime, I would venture to say that the neighborhoods around the school, in the Highlands, Spring Lakes and in Pooler are going to be selling more. Who wouldn’t want to live steps away from such a prestigious academic opportunity?

It would be a great time to buy out there. Values and home prices will go up after the school is completed. If you are interested in buying in the Pooler area, I would love to discuss it with you!
